Important Conference Information

 

  • We will have two-hour lunch breaks each day, giving you time to go out to eat. All nearby restaurants are approximately a 10-minute drive from the venue. Dinner reservations will be arranged for the entire group.

  • Please note that this conference includes more sessions than usual—six sessions instead of four—and there will be more time spent together as a group.

  • One of our group sessions will focus on creating vision boards and sharing them together. Please bring either a magazine or approximately 15 pages from a magazine to use for this activity. Feel free to tear out anything that catches your interest, even if you’re not sure why—just bring what speaks to you.

Friday 2/13

  • Doors open 9:30 AM
  • 10:00 AM Session 2
  • 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Out to Lunch
  • 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Session 3 - groups
  • 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM Break
  • 4:30 -6:00 PM Session 4
  • 6:00 PM Depart for dinner

Saturday 2/14

  • Doors Open 9:30 AM
  • 10:00 AM - 12 PM Session 5 - Vision Boards
  • 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Out to Lunch
  • 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Session 6
  • 4:00 PM break and get ready for dinner reservations 
  • Dinner at 6 PM at Old Town Hot Pot in Aurora, CO (35 min drive)-Private Room- $28.99 per person all you can eat. Children (age 6-8) $9.99 (age 9-11) $13.99
